11.50.060 – Letting of public works contracts.

All contracts for public works shall be let in accordance with this chapter and such rules and regulations as may be adopted by the director, or his designee, to carry out the purposes of this chapter.

11.50.090 – Exception to bidding requirement—Waiver.

(a) Contracts in an amount not exceeding thirty thousand dollars ($30,000.00) may be awarded and executed by the director without recourse to the competitive bidding provisions of this chapter.
