Muni Code A7-6. – Public works contracts—Exemption from Public Contracts Code.

Contracts in excess of five hundred thousand dollars for “public contracts” will be subject to the bidding requirements as defined in the Public Contract Code. “Public contracts” less than five hundred thousand dollars are not subject to the bidding requirements as defined in the Public Contract Code.
